Push notification on mobile safari

Dear Sir or Madame:
When using mobile safari, you cannot see the invitation for subscribing to push notifications clearly. No text shows up. Just a pope up snippet, with a grey and blue oval button shapes no text.If you click on the blue button shape it will go to second page , but doesn’t show any images so you don’t know if you are accepting push notifications.
