PUSH NOTIFICATION NOT WORKING

Okay, I am beginning to freak out and I have every reason to. I downloaded the WordApp plug-in almost two months ago and then I upgraded to silver and then gold in order to get the Push Notification, however, it has been over two months now and push notifications doesn’t work. I have written to support and someone by the name of Owen maybe by proxy of Dave replied and said that my case has been forwarded to my issue has been forwarded to the tech team. This is over 3 days and it’s still not working.
I am worried and I’m at the verge of losing my cool because I have been polite and quite nice with the whomever responds to my emails, however, I have reasons to believe the author is not taking this matter seriously.
Lastly, even when I upgraded from the monthly silver plan to the monthly gold plan I received an alert from my bank that APP DEVELOPERS debited me for the silver plan a plan that I no longer belong to ever since my upgrade.
Has anyone experienced this? What is going on?
