Push data directly from contact form into database

Challenge:
I’d like to give my logged in users the chance to push data directly into a specific field of a database. Meaning the plugin should be able to:
– have a frontend form like cf7
– where the input can be pushed into a new row in a specific table of the database

Meaning… in the backend of this plugin it should be possible to choose rows and fields of the database.

…and plugin should be open to all tables in the database.
Is there any plugin like this?
