    Hi @johnegg,

    The message means that not all of the information about a specific cookie or service is available, therefore it is marked as “under investigation”.

    For instance, this could occur if you haven’t synchronized your Cookie List with CookieDatabase yet (Complianz -> Wizard -> Consent -> Cookie Descriptions -> Sync). I’d therefore recommend re-syncing once, which might already correct most of these items.

    It could also be that not all of the information about a particular cookie is listed on CookieDatabase yet, which will be updated once available.
