Facebook popup is empty, and Twitter popup only has a text “Follow” link. This is despite Purify’s “Social Buttons” filter being off. In fact, the only filter I have on is “Ads and Tracking.” If I disable Purify entirely, it all works perfectly.

Is USM+ doing something that would trigger Purify’s tracking filter? My site is not yet publicly accessible, or I would send it along to Purify to report the false positive. Is there a USM+ demo site, or any site known to use the popups I could refer them to?

    Thanks!

  • Hi Benj, do you have an Adblocker installed? Please also check https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/faq

Sorry, I thought I made it clear in my post that I am using an ad blocker, and that it’s triggering a false positive. Thanks, I’ve read your FAQ inside and out, including the part about temporarily disabling ad blockers, which is how I discovered the cause of the issue in the first place.
