Hi, I am wondering if you could please explain how the caching of HTML works.

We use cloudflare to cache the css/js files and HTML. With cloudflare you can clear each file individually from the cache by url.

I have recently turned on the WP-Performance caching of the html and there is a noticeable improvement in performance so would like to continue to use it. The issue is that when I clear the entire cache in WP performance and then try to clear the individual file in cloudflare it didn’t clear, I had to clear the entire site in cloudflare as well as the entire cache in WP-Performance to remove the single html page url from the cloudflare cache.

I’m presuming this is because WP-Performance is bundling the cached html somehow is that right?

Is there some way that I can continue to clear individual urls from cloudflare, as clearing the full cache has quite an impact on our server and users.
