purging cache on load balanced servers

Frederick or anyone can you tell me how to setup w3tc on multiple app servers

issue i have is …. publish a post ….w3 purges cache on the machine i’m on …but the other servers still show the old homepage …. what i’m thinking of is purging cache every 10 minutes or so automatically unless there is a better way …how would i set this up is there a way already built into w3 or what do you recommend?
