“Purged all caches successfully” notification at every page change or reload.

  • After the 4.4 update, LiteSpeed Cache politely informs me that

    Queue cleared successfully.

    and

    Purged all caches successfully.

    …as dismissible dashboard notifications. Except, the at the next page refresh it re-appears…

    I’ve noticed that behaviour on three different sites now. Cache seems to work fine, so it’s mostly a minor annoyance.

    Is that behaviour configurable?

    Aaaand now it’s gone… Suspecting either FireFox cache or LiteSpeed object cache. I re-enabled the object cache, restarted the crawler. Related to the issue? Don’t know. But now it’s an issue no more…

    The same thing happened to me when updating.
    When I totally cleared the cache manually, the problem was solved.
