Purge the DB cache on WP updagte

    All of my Dreampress sites got stuck when I updated them to 5.1. When trying to login, I’d see the button “Your database is already up to date”. Clicking it goes to the site’s home.

    I think it would be a good idea if the plugin could detect a WP update and clear the caches automatically.

    WP is supposed to be doing that on its own. Also that’s Memcached, not the Proxy Cache, so it’s a tiny bit outside of scope, but I’ll see what I can do.
