    Hi,

I work with Falang in combination with W3 Total Cache. W3TC offers a link in the admin part for posts, pages, custom_posts etc. to purge that single item from the cache. This works great for the default language, but it does not seem to affect the translations made with Falang.

So at the moment, when I make a change to a post/page/portfolio translation, it only shows up in the frontend if I purge the entire website cache, which is not so efficient obviously.

Would it be possibile to have that same purge-single-item-from-cache functionality also working on the translations? That would be a great improvement!

I will send you an email directly with my details, so you can check on my website if you want.

Thanks for the help and support!

    Rob

    Hi Stéphane,

Sorry for the late reply, the issue was solved with the help of W3 Total Cache support.
The solution is to enter the language domain(s) as an alias in W3TC, like this:

    > Performance > Page Cache > Aliases
    > check Cache alias hostnames: enable
    > Additional home URLs:
    https://domain.com/
    https://domain.com/fr/
    etc.

After that the single items purge from cache works fine.
    So issue solved, thanks.

    Rob
