Purge old database entry

We migrated our website to a new server with a new architecture and now we are not able to purge the plug-in setting so we have the old nginx in the database and is causing some conflict with apache.
Exist a way to reinstall the plug-in purging the data from the database? We already performed the “force new installation” but old data still persist on the database
