Purge is not compatible with pager

When a post is updated, only the immediate pages are purged, not pages 2+.

In other words, /category1 will be purged, /category1/page/2, /category1/page/3 will not be purged.

Ideally, it would of been easy if Cloudflare allowed wildcards, as we could have just appended “/page/*” it to each url.
