Purge Cache button visible to subscriber users

Great plugin. However, I notice that “Purge Cache” option is visible to users with subscriber level access. Fortunately, clicking on it displays an insufficient access rights message. Nevertheless, it would be better if it was only displayed to admin user (perhaps editors?).
