Purge All On Upgrade not working

Hi there

There have been a couple upgrades of plugins that broke our site until we purged the cache manually.
We have “Purge All On Upgrade” enabled, but it doesn’t seem to get triggered.
The server initiates updates through the “Installatron” system (https://installatron.com/) similar to Softaculous and that doesn’t seem to trigger your cache purge ??

I hope this can be fixed or we can’t use the cache plugin on our servers.
