I was having an issue with the mobile version, the side-menu of my mobile site would appear underneath the languages, which meant users could not close the menu, a recipe for disaster!
In comes Susanna from the support team. Susanna fixed the issue in an hour, had me test it, confirmed it was working and virtual high-fived me (ok, that last part I made up). Still, thanks to the live chat and Susanna’s awesomeness, my customer experience is not ruined.
This is the second time I have received great support from the GTranslate team. They are really great.
