purchases not being tracked from january

My WordPress website, where I use the plugin, has been active since November. Starting from January, purchase tracking is no longer working. There have been purchases, but they are not being recorded. I am trying to understand why, but I have not yet been able to figure out the reason. The management of the website has been handled by different people, and I am unable to determine if there have been any changes to the purchase page that may have contributed to purchases no longer being tracked.
The analytics tracking has recently started, but it seems that all other events are being recorded correctly.
Enable Standard Tracking, Add to Cart Events, Purchase ?Transactions, Enable Standard Tracking, use Global Site Tag are all checked.

Hi @disdis,
If purchases are not being tracked from January, it may be due to some changes made to the website or the plugin settings.
However, after checking your site’s system status reports, I can see that most of the plugins are outdated, including WooCommerce and WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugins. Could you please upgrade all of them to the latest version and check whether the issue gets resolved or not?
Also, did you enabled the “Enhanced eCommerce” option in the setting?
