    Hi there,

I noticed that since the 23rd of January, Google Analytics is no longer tracking purchase events / conversions. Prior to this, tracking has worked fine for years. I have not recently adjusted any settings that may have caused this.

After viewing the support forum it looks like a few people are having this issue.

Can you please help me resolve this?

    Thanks,

    Tim

    Hi @shameemreza ,

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

    1. Yes, I do use a custom order receive page, which is compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce.
    2. Yes, I use LiteSpeed Cache.

I have reconfigured Analytics and AdWords using the GTM4WP plugin, which tracks everything well with the custom order receive page and cache plugin. However, I would like to give the Site Kit plugin another try.

Is the Site Kit plugin unable to insert the tracking code when we are using a custom order receive page?

    Thanks,
    Simon

    Hi @simontec

Yes, I do use a custom order receive page, which is compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce.

If you’re using a custom order receive page, it’s possible that the tracking code isn’t being inserted properly. If you’ve recently made changes to this page, it might be worth reverting back to the default WooCommerce order receive page to see if this resolves the issue.

As per the plugin description and title, it should. If it is not, it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.

Also, please note that we recommend disabling any other plugins that could interfere with Google Analytics for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue.

I hope this clarifies your concern. Thanks!
