Purchased WPBakery, but says Support Expired

Has this happened to anyone? I just purchased WPBakery and activated it on a website. But now, the BRAND NEW LICENSE says that my Support has expired, and I can’t send an email to Support because you need to not have an expired support to ask someone to help.
