    For anyone out there with this issue – I FOUND A SOLUTION. The issue is that the ticket product in Woocommerce do not show the “ticket” checkbox in 5.0+, thus, the item can be sold, but will not show up in OTCE as a “ticket”.

    Here’s the solution:

    1. First, back up your site and site database
    2. Install the WP Downgrade plugin
    3. Downgrade your site to 4.9.10 (the last stable 4.0 version)
    4. Open the ticket items under the “product” tab of WooCommerce. You’ll see checkboxes at the top of the product info screen. Make sure “TICKET” is checked, and update the product.
    5. On the left-hand bar, go to Open Tickets -> System Settings -> Tools and choose “re-sync order items to ticket tables”.
    6. Once that’s finished, use the Open Tickets reports to ensure that all your tickets appear.
    7. Finally, disable WP Downgrade and upgrade the site back to 5.X. You can now use QR code scanning to scan in your tickets.

    @pikitiaestudio – hope this helps!
