Purchased PRO Version, but no email response yet. Support?

I just purchased the PRO Version, and I’m waiting for an email reply with the Registration Key. I sent an email to the support team, and have made attempts to contact via other forums that you frequent. There doesn’t seem to be much activity in this support room either.
