purchased pro, can’t upgrade from regular events calendar

  • We’re a small non profit without an IT department. We purchased a license to turn The Events Calendar into the pro version, but it seems the only upgrade path is to remove the current calendar and replace it with Pro. However, we can’t find the Events Calendar Pro in the WP plugins. We are not sure about FTP’ing to our host. We would rather just install the plugin or upgrade.

    Once we get the plugin, how do events in the regular version transfer to the pro version?

    We have tried support but perhaps we just need some education, here.
