Purchased Premium Version, No Support From Team

  • I purchased the premium version and the first step is not migrating images.

    Then I asked the support team to solve this then images were imported but it showed the wrong number of products compared to the Magento 2.4.2 version.

    The team member Byron is just requesting to work locally and try to solve the issue at our end instead of supporting from their side.

    After 22 days of chatting with them, I was too much tired of the team, and still, my problem was not solved I asked for refunding my money but still, they were not answering anything.

    I highly do not recommend this plugin for migration from Magento 2.4.x to the WordPress version.
