Purchased premium version but the new plugin is not available via update

    Had a client purchase the premium version of this plugin (it is on multi-site).

    In Settings > Google Analytics Code it says “Professional version of Google Analytics Code plugin was purchased successfully!
    [ show description ]”

    It also shows this

    Professional version of Google Analytics Code plugin was purchased successfully!

    You can get the Google Analytics PRO plugin through WordPress plugin update.
    There are two ways to get the PRO version of Google Analytics:
    1. Just wait till WordPress will check for plugin updates (several times a day);
    2. Push the “WordPress plugin update” manually, to get GA installed directly;

    Please, do not forget to activate Professional Google Analytics Code plugin after installation/update.

    I have tried repeatedly to check for updates and no update of the plugin has been found.

    Dear RG1527,

    There are two ways to solve this problem:

    The first.

    Go to the WordPress plugins update page in your WordPress dashboard. If there is no plugin in the list of available plugin updates, then click “Check Again” – the plugin should appear.
    Then set an appropriate check-box and click “Update Plugins”.
    During update, the information about the update progress (log) will be appear.
    If the plugin does not update, then send this log (information about update progress) and the domain address of your site through contact form (main menu item “Support”) at: https://www.toolsanalytics.com/

    The second.

    Go to the WordPress plugins update page in your WordPress dashboard.
    Near “Analytics Code Integration” plugin click on “View details”. It will appear the information about plugin update.
    Just click on “Install”.

    I tried opening a ticket on your website but the support form does not work. Neither of the solutions above worked for me.
