    I purchased Waitlist Premium and cannot update the plugin.

    When I try to login to my account at XOOTIX.COM I find that the registered email address (from my purchase receipt) no longer works.

    I paid you for LIFETIME access and I would like to update the plugin.

    Your LIVE CHAT is never LIVE?

    I have sent you a LIVE CHAT message (which was yet again OFFLINE) today and have also emailed you care of the address that I received my invoice.
