Purchased Plugin but not sent License or Download. Scammed?

    3 Days ago I purchased the premium version of Mangohour’s Tablerate Shipping plugin.

    Immediately after paying I received an email with a download link and a license key.

    In the email, the download link does not work – it returns a 404 error on Manghour’s website.

    Also, in the email where the license key should be is blank – there is nothing there.

    I’ve emailed [email protected] twice and submitted a ticket through their website, all with no replies.

    What is going on? Have I been scammed by a seller who has abandoned their product?

    This same issue is faced by many other people who purchased the Pro version.

    Most probably the company Mangohour has shut down. They should take down their website sale page as well.

    You should ask for a refund through Paddle (I think) or your credit card company.

    The company behind this plugin was shut down in November 2017 and the plugin was discontinued in December. It is no longer available for download in the WP plugin directory.
