Purchased map, can’t use with existing map

  • I don’t seem able to use the map I just purchased to simply re-license an existing map. Instead, I’m having to recreate it.

    Is that the expected behavior?

    I can understand the impulse to make features premium over time (it’s a bit problematic that you did this by pushing an update which broke existing sites, but fine).

    If you’re doing that, getting me to pay *and* making my life more difficult by not finding a way to make that work within the existing framework, then that’s more irritating than forcing the purchase alone.

    first of all thanks for supporting and using RVM!
    Sorry if latest updated caused issues on your website: I’ve tried to minimize them as much as possible.

    To come to your question, there is an export/import functionality since ver 5.5.3 can be used to accomplish your task.
    Reading your comment I imagine you were not able to use it.
    But do not worry, you can still retrieve your settings in a manual way.
