• This is a really bad product and has a very long way to go to improve. It was missing vital functions before i decided to upgrade, i.e. if you have events in different countries it only lets you use one currency. This is a major issue, yet still upgraded then spent money and got no extra features, support cannot be reached. The checkout process is unnecessarily complicated and after purchase it stills tells me to upgrade to premium. I checked the support documentation and it is well outdated. It is showing an old version support version with an image of a old version of the app that shows menu option to enter a licence which no longer exists in the current menu. I am now going to have to work with an outdated support manual and non-responsive support. Bad first impression, worse second impressions!
