Purchased Keys no longer showing up in dashboard

Purchased 18 licenses, but now none of them show up in my dashboard and I can’t open a support ticket, because it says I’m not a paid member.
Sent email, but got a response to open a support ticket if paid member, which I can’t do, or to post here – so posting here, even though I’ve paid for premium licenses.
