    After upgrading to version WooCommerce 7.0.1 purchased items remain in the customer’s shopping cart.

    That’s odd, to take a closer look, please share a copy of your site’s System Status, you can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Then make sure to include the report in your response.

    Please also check under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if there are errors visible, let us know).

    Yes, what’s even more odd is that deactivating the Facebook plugin resolves the issue! Go figure.

    I understand when you deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce, the issue is not present.

    Please provide us a copy of your site’s System Status, it is under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Please provide the errors log that is under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs. That will help to take a closer look, thanks.
