• I purchased this plugin a week ago because I wanted to import recipes from Paprika. The import fails from full import or a single recipe import. I submitted a support ticket 4 days ago and have not heard anything aside from the auto generated “we received your support request”.

  • I am waiting since Sep. 14 for a reply to my ticket with a simple question (when EasyIndex will be available). Many unresolved issues on this page are up to 3 months old. I was ready to buy more EasyRecipe Plus licences, but meanwhile I wonder if I should just enter my recipes as regular WP pages, or use one of the generic database plugins.

    Update Oct 10 – got a reply from authors re. EasyIndex status today.

    I finally received a refund. Never heard anything from the company/author of the plug in, but I use PayPal for reasons such as this…….
