Purchased Column Showing 0

  • Hi Support,

    We are facing the issue with purchase column on the woocommerce. We did the website migration in the last week. After import, the products with the new wordpress theme, product purchase column is showing zero items.

    For the product purchase column, we are using the plugin: YITH Purchased Column for WooCommerce.

    Could you please help us to resolve this issue? If you require any other login details. Please let us know.

    Hi @sathiskumarannadurai,

    this problem seems to be solved in latest version of Purchased Column, please try to update to latest version. Please, make sure your website running the latest WooCommerce version, too.
