Purchased and Installed the Pro version, but it isn’t being registered

    I purchased the pro version. Installed and activated the free version, then installed and activated the pro version. When I go to “Zephyr Project Manager” in the Dashboard, I do not see anything that says welcome to the pro version, or the pro features. Also I still see a button on the bottom of the Zephyr Dashboard that says “Get Zephyr Pro Now”

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the inconvenience.

    I found that this happens when you install the Basic and the Pro version at the same time, before having viewed the basic version welcome page and accepting that.

    To fix this, can I please ask you to click on the ‘Get Started’ button on the welcome page next to the ‘Get Zephyr Pro Now’ button and then after clicking it, it should show the Pro version welcome page if the Pro version is installed and should then show all the Pro features after the submit button is clicked.

    Please let me know if this works as expected.
