• I hope this message finds you well. I’ve been using your GA4 tracking plugin on multiple sites, and overall, it’s been working exceptionally well. However, I’ve encountered a specific issue with the tracking of purchase amounts.

    The plugin successfully tracks events such as carts, checkouts, and everything in between. However, when I check the GA4 dashboard, there is no data showing for the actual purchase amounts. I’ve reviewed the configuration, checked the implementation, and ensured that the purchase event is firing correctly.

    Hello?@mossage thanks for opening a support topic.

    Site Kit does not display any eCommerce data related to purchase amounts within the plugin dashboard at present. You can implement your own event tracking using Tag Manager if you wish, with some?details added to the plugin website.

    You can also use Site Kit if you have Analytics inserted on your site via other means, such as a WooCommerce specific plugin that tracks all related events. Site Kit can use a third party placed Analytics snippet to show you data within the Site Kit dashboard.

    There is also an open GitHub issue in relation to advanced ecommerce tracking within Site Kit. You’ll find out more on this below:

    I am referring to the analytics dashboard on google itself that the plugin is tracking. the purchase event isnt working.
