Purchase Shortcode Issue

I’m using the “Elementor” page builder plugin. I’m also using the PMPro plugin in conjunction with the PMPro – Download Monitor Integration Add On, since I’m using Download Monitor for the “Shop” feature for selling downloads to Members of my site. When I add the purchase shortcode [dlm_buy id=”3053″] (the “3053” being the download id) the result is [product not found]. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I assume that Download Monitor is compatible with Elementor page builder plugin since it is a well-used page builder and widely used. If it’s not compatible, is there a workaround to get this to work?
