Purchase shipping label button missing

    I just redirected this site from a temp domain to the live domain and after the redirect, the “purchase shipping label” button on the order page has disappeared. Nothing else has changed (no new plugins). Does anyone know what might have happened?

    Hi @scandidesignco,

    Hope you are referring to the Print Shipping Label button and it will be displayed by default in the order details page if the plugin is activated.

    If you are having any issues, please reach us via support with site details so that we can have a look.

    Hi, yes that is the button I’m referring to. It was working great before we redirected their domain and then it just disappeared. There is the “print actions” box is still there but the box above it where you purchase the labels is gone. I’ll send an email to support.
