    Good day to whom it may concern,

    When entering a PO sometimes there are small price changes from the supplier. When adjusting the price from on the PO there is no issue. However, I still have to change the regular price to match the new purchase price. That is not an issue since it could cause problems with accurate inventory costs if selling out the older product stock at a different price.

    However I was wondering if there was a report or something that would show the recent product purchase price changes? For exmaple)
    Date: Feb 19,2020 | Product: XYZ | Price Reduction: $4.00 -> $3.80
    Date: Feb 19, 2020 | Product: ABC | Price Increase: $24.00 -> $28.00

    That way a quick report or update could be sent to those that would need to be notified about change in product costs rather than having to look them up everytime?

    Thank you in advance,
    Keenan

    Hi @keenanr

    That’s not actually possible but we are currently developing something like that. Just that will be delivered as a new premium add-on.

    Good morning @salvamb,

    Thank you for the information. I do see that the PO PDF that gets generated does have a discount column and reflects price decreases in that column. I suppose I could look at editing that PDF report template and modifying the code to also include price increases and change the column heading to price changes rather than just discounts.

    Would you recommend this in the mean time? Could you potentially point out which template file I would need to modify? I am sure I can find it I just was hoping for a bit of a point in the right direction.

    Thank you again,
    Keenan
