    Hi Pippin –

Just discovered problem with my purchase page
(would rather not display the url but can email it with System Info, if needed)

When I click any of the sale item Download buttons and am prompted to enter name/email address on page that appears, then click the Purchase button, it basically refreshes the page but without my name/email address. That’s as far as I get. What do you think needs a fix here?
    Thanks,

What version of the plugin do you have?

Do you have ajax disabled in Downloads > Settings > Misc?

    (@bizwriter)

    Version is 1.5

No, I did not disable ajax (Downloads>Settings>Misc)

Can you send me the site URL?

I’d rather not display it,if you don’t mind – attracts a lot of crap to the site and problem like this doesn’t need advertising. Can I send it to you another way?
    Thanks,

Ok I can replicate the problem.

In Downloads > Settings > Payment Gateways, do you have a gateway enabled?

    (@bizwriter)

Thank you. Could you also post your Downloads > System Info? If you wish, feel free to remove the site URL before posting.

Sorry but I really don’t want to display all my plugins. If there is a known conflict with a plugin, I can confirm that I do or don’t have it installed, if necessary. Thanks

I really need to see your plugins. That is almost always the cause of these kind of problems.

Exposing the plugins you are running does not create a security risk.

Ok I’ve found the problem. I think it’s caused by CCS-HTTPS. Could you try deactivating it for a moment to confirm?

    Done!
    Thanks,
