    Hello

After I set up this plugin and Stripe as the payment method and added a plan, on the front end, the form does not ask for the actual credit card details, and looks like this: https://snipboard.io/yAHi1D.jpg

There is that thing under the “Name on card” text box that looks like a very thin text box, but you can’t click on it and enter anything. I tried it with more than one theme and the result is the same.

When I clicked on “start trial”, the page just loads and loads.

    I have WordPress 6.6.1 and Profilepress 4.15.12.

Are you sure you didn’t connect to Stripe in test mode and later switched to live mode?

I will advice you to disconnect and reconnect your Stripe account. That should fix the issue.

    Hello

Thank you for such a fast response on a weekend.

I know about the test and live mode incompatibility thing. No, I did not switch between live and test mode and caused it to happen, I connected my stripe account and it was automatically set to “live” even though I want “test” mode and my Stripe account is in test mode too.

I did what you said and deleted the plan, disconnected my Stripe account, reconnected it, and made a new plan – same thing happened. There is no option to use test mode, only live or disconnect, and the payment form doesn’t appear on the front end.
