Purchase page is tempty

  • Hi, I just active “My Ticket”, enable for pages and create a page with successfully displayed panel “Buy Tickets”. But when I “Add to cart”, it displays “Your cart is updated. Go to cart” – then I click “Go to cart”, it links me to Purchase page with empty white blank? Is there anything I might do wrong?

    Updated: I just realized it happened with Jupiter Theme Im using only. It works very nice with wordpress theme.

    some how the 3 three pages “Purchase”, “Tickets”, “Receipt” all redirect to Purchase page and displays nothing. Im trying to find out how it implements the function in Purchase page to detect the error. if anyone has experienced, please help me.

    Tickets and receipt should redirect to the purchase page if no valid ticket or receipt id is passed to them, so that’s expected behavior.

    Can you share a link?

    Hi, I install it on my localhost so I dont know how to let you see it.
    Everything displays correctly with wordpress theme but it seems not to display any text for Jupiter theme??
    – the shortcode still works though but the 3 core page “Purchase”, “Tickets”, “Receipt” are empty

    If Jupiter is using a baroque method to display content it could be interfering with My Tickets, but since it’s a premium theme, I can’t really install it to experiment.
