Purchase Notes Gone with Paypal Purchase

    Purchase Notes for a product purchased with Paypal appear

    — in email sent to customer
    — in My Account>Orders

    but NOT in the Order Details on the Thank You page after checkout. Purchase Notes should appear in all three places.

    If I purchase the product using a 100% off coupon, the Purchase Notes appear all three places, as expected.

    Any help is appreciated. These notes are important for the customer to see as soon as the transaction is finished. Thank you.

    Please can you give us a bit more detail about how you are enabling these purchase notes and what the work flow is?
    Are they notes added by the store owner to accompany the purchase?
