    Attempting to purchase new license from

    https://my.mc4wp.com/licenses/new

    On submission of Purchase License button, page returns

    Oops! An Error OccurredThe server returned a “500 Internal Server Error”.

    Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    How can we complete the purchase license transaction?

    We were just updating our system and it might be that you tried to buy the license exactly at the moment that the update was being deployed. Could you please try again and see if the issue is solved now? Thanks for letting us know.
