Purchase history not showing in TutorLMS dashboard while it is showing in WC

    Hi,

    The plugin is awesome but this is a major issue for us. I have setup a site with Tutor, and made test purchase orders.
    All orders are complete, and I can access the courses in the Dashboard, as a student, with my test user account(s).

    But I am not able to able to see the purchase history in their dashboard while in woocommerce they have purchased those courses as well as the status of the order is completed too.

    Please help me with this.

  • From my experience, you need to set up your SMTP, and make sure it’s working.

    or

    Go to: Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features > select Posts?storage?(legacy) option.

    Not sure who marked this one as resolved, but after syncing my orders and going to Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features > select?Posts?storage?(legacy)?option, all new orders now show up on my Tutor LMS order history. So thanks to pseudovin for his assistance.

    The plugin support however, is lacking.
