Purchase Event Value Tracking

    [Pixel Caffeine v2.0.2]

    I have PC setup and it’s been running fine. However, I’ve added a single WooCommerce product for Gift Card sales on my site. The user can therefore set the value of the Gift Code before purchase. PC appears to track that the user has completed the purchase, but I want to track the actual dollar amount of the sale. I enabled “Pass Advanced Data” on my Purchase event, set the currency to USD, but am not sure what to enter in “Value” (or if this is not the correct field, which field I should be enabling) to track the amount of the purchase.

    I also cannot find any good repository of documentation on how to set up Pixel Caffeine so if there is simply a link to an article on this, please pass it along (and you may want to try to add some obvious links to the documentation as I searched for a while with no luck).

    Hi,

    it seems doesn’t work because most probably the plugin doesn’t support many customizations like your gift card. Could you please let me know how you manage the gift card feature in your website? So I can think of a solution to make the plugin working with gift card like yours.
