    Hi @e5223959880

Have you enabled the Purchase Transactions and other events in your event tracking section? To help you better, could you share a screenshot of your Google Analytics settings?

If you’ve enabled all the events and they’re still not tracking, then you need to set up consent tracking on your site. Google Analytics (GA4) won’t collect user data in certain locations without consent. You can do this through third-party plugins like Complianz, Consent Mode API, etc.

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

Thank you for the additional details.

Only the purchase event is having issues with tracking, correct? All other events are tracking ok?

You can also test with the Google Tag Assistant feature to simulate user actions like adding products to the cart, initiating checkout, etc. If analytics tracking is working as expected, you should see these events being captured in the Tag Assistant’s “Hits Sent” tab. (learn more here)

In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Thanks!
