Purchase Event Not Appearing on GA4

    Hi there!

    We created various tags for our store (purchase, add to cart etc.), which all worked perfectly for the first month.

    However, the Purchase event is now failing to transfer over to GA4. The tag is still successfully firing on GTM, but no Purchase event is visible on GA4. All the other events are working as expected.

    No changes were made on the website or GTM.

    Any ideas why this might be?

    Please go to ‘GTM Kit > Help > Support > Share system data with the GTM Kit support team’ and enter the support ticket: FS781-D8CA4

    If you have confirmed that the purchase tag is fired in GTM Preview the problem is not related to GTM Kit. In this case I reccommend that you get someone to review your GTM/GA4 account settings. This is outside of the support scope of GTM Kit.
