    Hi,
I’ve enabled Purchase event on Thank You page (on WooCommerce Setup tab), but on purchase the only events fired are PageView, GeneralEvent and InitiateCheckout.
If I add a Purchase Event as a custom event in the Event tab, the Purchase event is correctly fired but together with the InitiateCheckout.
Is it normal? Can the purchase event be managed also in the free plugin version? If it’s not so, what should be the required parameter “value” in the custom Purchase event definition? a fixed one?

    Thanks in advance,
    Fran

    Hi,

I will need you to set to OFF the Purchase event option to be fired on transaction only, and after that to do a test transaction and send me the thank you page URL.

Also, can you check if in WooCommerce > Settings > Chekout the Checkout Page is set to Checkout? The plugin follows the Woo settings to fire the events.

You can send me the URL on the site contact: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/contact

    Hi,
in the free version the “Fire the event on transaction only” is set to OFF and I cannot change it (the dropdown is disabled).
I’m using the Chrome extension “Facebook Pixel Helper” to see the generated events.
    The woocommerce settings are right.
Do you want the thank you page URL with the Purchase Event added as a custom event or without it?

Let’s see the one with no manual event added on it.

Make sure that the Purchase event is on (Woo tab).
