I can see that your spam blocker blocked the email. I see this error in my log:

550 Message contained spam content (antispamcloud.spam.suspcsbnk11) 2019-11-21T21:42:13Z

If it’s possible for you to fix this on your end, that would be best – as then you’ll get future transactional emails as well.

If not, I can send you your download and key via email.

Until they will fix it please do.

I had the same issue from my end on sent emails and I fixed it by using this: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business
