    We have this configured to send enhanced ecommerce tracking to GA, and we noticed today that the “purchase” conversions are off by 15%. We had 257 customers check out successfully, but GA says there were only 218 purchases.

    We do not have a custom thank you page set up.

    We are currently running plugin version 1.8.14 and WooCommerce Version 8.6.1

    The versions of both WooCommerce and Google Analytics are outdated. Can you please update both plugins, as well as your theme and any other plugin that needs it, and check if the issue persists?

    If it does, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
