Purchase button not directing to checkout

    Hello

    Our edownloadabale were working fine until recently we checked. on all ebooks the purchase button is directing to a page “not found”

    This is the website. kindly guide what is the glitch?

    When im logged in as a wp admin it takes me to checkout but on a separate browser without loggin in its not working.

    Also We have a new payment button G pay showing which was never there before.

    Hey @sshahid12

    It appears that the page (Checkout page) has been deleted from your site. I can see that the Purchase button tries to go to https://www.alhudainstitute.ca/?page_id=26579 but that page does not exist.

    Can you go to the main Dashboard > Pages page and see if you still have the Checkout page created. It might have been deleted so you can also look in the Trash on that page.

    Regarding the Google Pay button, it is possible that you have Google Pay enabled on the Individual downloads page. You can check by going to Downloads > Settings > Payments > Stripe and see if you have that checked. It should be a check box in the “Apple Pay/Google Pay” section on that page.

    Hi Thanks for the quick response.

    The page was indeed turned into draft in midst of other test.

    Regarding google pay. I dont see under donwloads>settings>Stripe anywhere Gpay/ Apple Pay.

    Can you send a screenshot of where it should be or guide?

    I noticed that is no longer showing on the Download page but showing correctly on the Checkout page now.

    I believe you are good to go now?
