Purchase button is not working properly

    Hi,

    We have just launched our first product with EDD and although it is working with Spain’s customers (we have already received two payments) in other countries the purchase link button is not working, getting stuck on a loop icon instead of going to the finish purchase page.

    We have already tried clearing cache and disabling the unificaction of JS files since we read on another thread this could be an issue.

    Thanks for the product page link. I have tried two times from Mozilla FireFox and it worked for me. It redirected me on the checkout page.

    Can you please provide me the browser name in which you are testing?

    Hi Pratik!

    Thanks so much for your quick response. Yep, the problem is solved since yesterday. It happened due to a security problem from our hosting provider.
